Class Description

Victoria Art Studio Summer Camp provides a fun and creative art program for our students from ages 5-12. This will be held in a small group with a maximum of 14 students and 2~3 teachers so that our students can create art and have fun in a safe environment. In our camp, students will work with various mediums and create individual and class-wide projects to grow teamwork and communication skills. * Period: June 16 - 20 (Session 1): What's in Space? June 23 - 27 (Session 2): Underwater Adventure June 30 - July 4 (Session 3): The City and Landscape from the Sky July 7 - 11 (Session 4): Exploring Underground July 14 - 18 (Session 5): Into the Jungle! July 21 - 25 (Session 6): Have You Been to the Desert? * Location: Palo Alto Studio (370 California Ave. Palo Alto, CA 94306) ​* Capacity: 14 people on a first-come, first-served basis * Summer Camp Schedule Morning Class (5-8yrs) 9am to 12pm ($520, Early Bird $480) 9:00 – 9:30 | Ballet Stretching – Warm-up and flexibility exercises from ballet techniques. 9:30 – 10:15 | Art 1 – Learning about an artist and creating a painting inspired by their work. 10:15 – 10:45 | Snack Time – Break for refreshments. 10:45 – 11:00 | Outdoor Activity – Observing nature and engaging in sketching or artistic exploration. 11:00 – 11:50 | Art 2 – Expressive activities using various materials and techniques. 11:50 – 12:00 | Clean-up & Meal Prep – Students present their work and receive feedback. ​Afternoon (8-12 yrs) 1pm to 3:30pm ($520, early bird $480) - The afternoon session will cover similar themes, focusing on intensive painting and drawing with lessons tailored to the appropriate skill levels for each age group. * The schedule is subject to change. * Early Bird registration is until February 28th. After that, the original price. * There is no refund except for COVID-19, and changes can only be made to sessions up to 2 weeks before the start of the summer camp, and only when additional people can be added to the session you want to move. * There is no cancellation.
